At 16, Cyntonia Brown was was tried as an adult, found guilty, and given a life sentence. While behind bars, she was a model inmate that earned her GED, finished a bachelor's degree and mentored at-risk youth. Locked up for 15 years, the now 31-year-old will remain on parole for 10 years plus she must complete 50 hours of community service and has to get a job. Brown plans to work Tennessee's Juvenile Justice System to help counsel young people at risk.
